Just had my 2003 Highlander serviced at Keyes Toyota, Van Nuys, and it was the best! My service person was Gio and he could not have been nicer or more professional. He helped with deciding every detail of exactly what should be done and because I have had not-so-good service elsewhere, I do not hesitate to recommend that you see Gio at Keyes!! :O)

I recently traded in my 2021 Toyota Highlander for a new 2024 RAV4 LE Hybrid at Keyes Toyota on Van Nuys Blvd, and I was blown away by the incredible service. Craig orchestrated the entire process flawlessly, providing an initial quote that was beyond fair and staying on top of every detail with exemplary follow-through before and after the sale. 5-star, VIP, red carpet experience. Rene was a total star, turning the test drive and sales experience into something truly memorable. His kindness didn't stop at the sale; he even helped me attach my license plates, which took at least half an hour - at 9 pm, really demonstrating his commitment to exceptional customer care. Adam, the financing wizard, made what could have been a tedious process an absolute delight. His humor and positivity were infectious, making me feel completely at ease, while his accommodating nature ensured everything went smoothly. Michael, who helped coordinate my interactions and made my time in the lobby far more enjoyable than expected, was fantastic. His efforts to keep everything running smoothly did not go unnoticed. Went in yesterday not really knowing how this process works! To start off I had the sweetest and most informative sale experience with Rocky, he showed me cars, allowed me to drive them, helped me compare and narrow down on a choice of my liking. Afterwards came the scary part, the paper work (credit and financials). Though I thought this process would be too much for me, Maurice (best manager) and Rocky guided me through the entire process and helped me understand how and what I would be doing for the next few months, they left me without a doubt. Overall my experience was amazing here! I can't recommend them enough! I wouldn't look anywhere else if you're looking for your first car or any car in general, they are the guys for the job. Could be happier!!
